About the environment
To ensure customers can relax with confidence and that all dogs are comfortable, we maintain thorough cleaning and management not only in the customer area but also in the dogs’ backstage rooms that are not visible to guests.
Dog healthcare
Staff with specialized knowledge perform daily healthcare and grooming for the dogs. We regularly check coat condition, appetite, expression, excrement, eye discharge, earwax, and other signs. We groom and care for the dogs hygienically to keep them clean and in normal, healthy condition.
About graduation
After passing the delicate, energy-sensitive puppy stage, when a dog has grown to a certain degree, we believe its happiness is to live calmly with an owner who will provide love and responsibility.
