Are the dogs moved between stores?
Our general rule is that we do not move the dogs between stores because their living environment is of the utmost importance. However, on rare occasions, if the dog is unable to familiarize itself in the environment and community of one store, we may consult with a veterinarian to consider moving them to a different store to help with the dog’s stress levels.
Are children permitted in the cafe?
Yes, they are welcome in the cafe.

Is photography and filming allowed inside the store?
Yes. However, please refrain from using flash photography.
Can we post the photos and videos on social media?
Absolutely. Post as much as you’d like.
Do you provide food at the cafe?
We do not offer any food. We ask that you refrain from eating inside the cafe for sanitary reasons.
About Our Dogs
Are we permitted to carry the dogs?
We ask that you do not carry the dogs as this can lead to injuries and stress. If you find a dog you like, our staff will help lead the dog to your lap.
Can we feed the dogs any snacks?
Our stores have several different snacks in stock for you to feed the dogs.

There are some days when I don’t see my favorite dog at the store….
We apologize for the inconvenience. However, if a dog looks tired or is feeling unwell during the daily check-up, our staff or veterinarian may decide to give the dog a day to rest.
