Are we permitted to carry the dogs?
可以抱在怀里吗？
A
ワンちゃんのケガ・ストレスの原因になりますので抱っこは
ご遠慮いただいております。お気に入りのワンちゃんがいましたら、
スタッフがお膝の上まで誘導いたします。
We ask that you do not carry the dogs as this can lead to injuries and stress. If you find a dog you like, our staff will help lead the dog to your lap.
因为这样可能会让狗狗受伤以及产生精神上的压力，所以请您不要抱在怀里。如果有中意的狗狗的话，请告诉我们的店员，店员会将狗狗引导至您的膝盖上。

当店では数種類のおやつをご用意しておりますので、ワンちゃんにあげていただくことが可能です。

Our stores have several different snacks in stock for you to feed the dogs.
(There is a limit to the number of snacks we can provide each day)

Are the dogs moved between stores?
狗狗可以在店与店之间来回移动吗？
A
生活環境はとても大切ですので、原則、店舗間の移動はありません。
ただし、店舗の環境やコミュニティーに馴染めない場合などは、
獣医師と相談の上、ストレスを緩和するために、他の店舗へ移動する場合もあります。
Our general rule is that we do not move the dogs between stores because their living environment is of the utmost importance. However, on rare occasions, if the dog is unable to familiarize itself in the environment and community of one store, we may consult with a veterinarian to consider moving them to a different store to help with the dog’s stress levels.
对狗狗来说生活环境非常重要，所以原则上是没有店与店之间的移动的。
但是，有的时候因为狗狗会不适应店内的环境以及与其他狗狗的交流，所以这种情况下我们会和兽医商量之后，将他们转移到其他店铺来缓解压力。

大変申し訳ないのですが、スタッフによる毎日の健康チェックで、
疲れた様子や体調の変化を感じた時に、獣医師やスタッフの判断でワンちゃんにはゆっくり1日休んでもらうこともあります。
We apologize for the inconvenience. However, if a dog looks tired or is feeling unwell during the daily check-up, our staff or veterinarian may decide to give the dog a day to rest.
非常抱歉，由于店员们会每天对狗狗进行健康检查，所以如果发现狗狗有疲劳或者身体状况不佳的情况时，根据兽医以及店员的判断，可能会让狗狗休息一整天。

関係団体指導のもと、お客さまからは見えない場所にゆっくり休める休憩専用の部屋が用意されています。
ワンちゃんだけ通ることができる入口があり、自由に出入りしています。

the dogs have a comfortable resting place away from where customers can see.
